Hope Florida, created by First Lady Casey DeSantis, this initiative leverages Hope Navigators to help Floridians chart a personalized path toward prosperity and economic independence. By fostering collaboration among the private sector, faith-based organizations, non-profits, and government agencies, it breaks down traditional community silos to enhance support systems and uncover new opportunities.

Hope Navigators are the key to what makes the Hope Florida Model different.

These dedicated professionals collaborate closely with parents to uncover the unique challenges preventing them and their families from achieving prosperity. They then mobilize resources across all sectors of the community to address those challenges and craft tailored solutions.

From a lack of resources, skills, or job opportunities to essentials like parenting support, child care, diapers, or a hot meal, Hope Navigators are here to listen and provide assistance. By working together, families and Hope Navigators set long-term goals and create actionable plans to turn those aspirations into reality for both parents and children.
