These dedicated professionals collaborate closely with parents to uncover the unique challenges preventing them and their families from achieving prosperity. They then mobilize resources across all sectors of the community to address those challenges and craft tailored solutions.
From a lack of resources, skills, or job opportunities to essentials like parenting support, child care, diapers, or a hot meal, Hope Navigators are here to listen and provide assistance. By working together, families and Hope Navigators set long-term goals and create actionable plans to turn those aspirations into reality for both parents and children.

CareerSource Florida serves as the state’s workforce policy and investment board, partnering with the Department of Commerce, 24 local workforce development boards, and 100 career centers across Florida.
Through its collaboration with Hope Florida, CareerSource Florida helps connect individuals with employment opportunities, career advancement resources, and the training necessary for growth and success. For Hope Florida participants, especially parents, these opportunities include flexible work schedules for mothers, remote work options to address transportation challenges, and on-the-job training programs designed to support those with limited work experience.
